7mi on the tred at a 3% grade / JUMPING ON STUFF (20min) / Core (10min) Week 8 of training for the LA marathon is going well. I’m feeling faster and faster every week. Last sunday I did 18 miles and really it only became difficult in the last two miles. I’m really excited to redeem myself in this race. Nothing about the LA marathon was enjoyable last year - If you ran in it you know EXACTLY what I’m talking about. Also there is a spartan race coming to my area at the end of the month…feeling very tempted to sign up…looks kinda fun!
